Position: Length of Time Disciplinary Actions Remain Posted on the Web Page -adopted March 09, 2000
When the Board takes disciplinary action against a licensee, a brief statement of the conduct and the sanctions imposed will appear on the web page for a period that coincides with the length of the disciplinary action, or one year, whichever is greater. Licensees who have failed to meet the conditions outlined in their Orders will remain on the web page for an extended period of time.
If a licensee has not fulfilled all of the requirements of the Order, then the name will remain on the web page until all requirements are met.
